You can book directly through our online booking page by selecting your party package, character(s), date, and time. You'll also be able to add any fun extras and let us know special details about your child’s celebration.

Yes. Once you submit your booking request, we will check availability for your requested date and time. If your date is available, we’ll send you a link to pay your deposit.
➡️ Please note: Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. We cannot hold a date without payment. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event, unless otherwise arranged.

We have adjusted our system to where you can never book less than 4 weeks in advance. However, you can book up to 5 months in advance.

We offer a growing cast of princesses, superheroes, and other fairytale friends! To see our current lineup, please visit our Characters page.

Absolutely! Additional characters can be added during booking for an added fee—just check the box or select from the “add-ons” section when scheduling your party.

Yes! We currently serve the greater Knoxville, TN area and surrounding counties. If your event is outside of this zone, please contact us before booking to check availability and any additional travel fees.

Our parties are designed for children ages 3–10, but we’ve entertained younger and older kids, too! Each party can be customized to suit your group.

Absolutely—we are honored to celebrate individuals of all abilities, including those with intellectual, developmental, sensory, and physical disabilities.

We’re happy to adjust volume levels, simplify activities, slow the pace, or make other accommodations to ensure everyone feels included and celebrated.

Deposits are non-refundable, but we’re happy to reschedule your event once with at least 72 hours’ notice, based on availability.

Yes! All performers are thoroughly vetted, trained, and love working with children. We’re committed to providing a safe and uplifting environment at every event.
